With Tumult, you can blend one of 100 curated noise samples or add your own samples into your audio signal. It’s perfect for producers looking to inject subtle ambience or extreme lo-fi textures. The plugin includes a 5-band EQ that only affects the noise layer, giving you precise control over the character of your added sound.
Three Playback Modes
Tumult offers three distinct modes to shape the behavior of the noise:
- Raw – Noise plays independently of the input audio.
- Duck – Noise is ducked when the input signal is present.
- Follow – Noise triggers only when the input signal exceeds a set threshold.
These options make Tumult suitable for both static noise layering and dynamic, signal-reactive textures.
